Description of creative thinking education necessity and identification of two creative suitable methods in nursing education

Abstract:
Background

Creativity is named as intellectual invention. Creativity is one variable to determine advantage of someone to others. The differences between a creative person and ordinary person are her/his responsibility in working, level of concentration, a good memory for creating a new idea and motivational level. It should be added about importance o creative thinking education that in today, informative area, the students should have thinking and learning skills in achieving of the information for improvement in technical communities. The teachers roles in this field are creating educational activities for creativity and support them. Some of the blocking factors in creativity are emotional, mental, cultural and expressional. Two methods for dominate on these blocks are unconscious freeing and brain storming. The aims of this essay are discussing about educational goals in creative thinking education in the classroom and teacher,s role in creating a good athmosphere for creativity and creative thinking education. Review articles: This is a review essay for description of creativity and some ways to teach creative thinking in classroom . Therefore some discussions about creative persons characers, creativity borders, some methods for overwhelming them, methods for assessment of creativity , creative thinking and methods for creativity education in nursing and health are brought. Content of this essay is collected through assessing of some essays, books and some researches about creativity and its learning importance for students.

Conclusion

Some doubts about group work in brain storming method for increasing creativity output are determined. Story telling and problem – based collaborative learning are used to increase creativity in nursing education.
