Abstract:
Organizational silence is a phenomenon in which employees refrain from expressing ideas, opinions, and information about organizational issues and issues, causing employees and managers to share ideas and work out solutions to problems. Organizations do not have to participate and pass through problems indifferently. This article aims to explain the factors affecting the organizational silence of the personnel in managerial and organizational dimensions in the Islamic Republic of Iran Army. The present study seeks to answer the question of what are the factors affecting the organizational silence of the staff and managers here? This research is an applied one and has been compiled by studying the scientific perspectives in books and articles, interviewing Ajay experts and questionnaires. The reliability coefficient was calculated as 0.87 by Cronbach's alpha and the sample size was 252 employees and managers of AJA. Results showed that the most important factors affecting organizational silence in AJA staff and managers were the lack of acceptance index. Manager or commander of staff feedback, cognitive and individual, ethnic, empirical and knowledge differences between a manager, commander and staff, as well as an indicator, weakness in commander's adequate attention to the material and spiritual needs of employees, as well as organizational factors such as lack Organizational occupations or lack of staff job development, lack of bottom-up feedback mechanisms and indicators, lack of performance And content for employee performance evaluation system from the perspective of the sample group, the account is located.
