Organizing urban security with distinguishing crime centers

Abstract:

In the resent years in and .this new view cause that law enforcement to combat crime based on this assumption. The result shows that countries have done this approach have more success in the fight against crime and increase safety and well-being of their people. Some spatial and temporal conditions and the situation which is very high risk of crime and offenders in the community are seeking, so we need to appropriated planning for high risk of crime position. This research has chosen district 4 in Rasht city as a sample for checking physical features and geographically condition that could be the underlying crime.The nature of this study is applied research and with descriptive - analytic method has been done. The mathematical model used in this research is nearest neighbor model in SPSS software and drawing software GIs have been used for showing the crime distribution. Maps and mathematical model presented are suggests more Crime scene in the city's zoning and urban management and security, so that the necessary measures to reduce or eliminate crime demands is need.
