The development and evaluation of ethical leadership model in the Education organization of Fars: A Mixed Approach
The main purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a model of moral leadership in the Education Organization of Fars Province. The research method was mixed in terms of purpose and using a sequential exploratory method of instrumentation and in terms of data collection. In the qualitative part, the content analysis method was used and in the quantitative part, the descriptive and survey method was used. The statistical population in the qualitative section included experts with high expertise, experience and work experience in the General Directorate of Education of Fars Province, and in the quantitative part included all the experts of the General Directorate of Education of Fars Province. Sampling was continued using a targeted approach using the theoretical saturation criterion. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part of the research and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part of the research. Data analysis was performed using factor analysis method through SPSS 26 and Smart PLS 6 software. The validity of the questionnaire was done by content validity and injury and adjustment by experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.99 through Cronbachchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s alpha and then the fit of the model was examined and confirmed.
Based on the Network of Ethical Leadership Themes, Fars Education Organization in the qualitative section includes 4 comprehensive themes and 13 areas of knowledge, self-meditation, ethical, intrinsic, supervisory, guidance, communication, power sharing, people Dominance, aptitude, ontology, epistemology, cognition (organizing themes) and each had different components (basic themes) that discovered 249 basic themes about moral leadership. Quantities of the quantitative section confirmed the results of the qualitative section.
