Qualitative study of police functions in implementing the restorative justice programme with crime prevention approach.

One of the fundamental issues of implementing the rehabilitation of restorative justice programs is carried out by the police forces as police force the first encounter with a troubled criminal and can play an important role in the implementation of restorative justice programmes.the research

this research is applicable and qualitative method after collecting primary data through documentary , library and field surveys , using the tool questionnaire and statistical community , including 97 experts from the prevention police and second and fifth of the fifth and fifth of tehran law enforcement .

with respect to the amount of correlation ( r2 = 0.881 ) mediation , group and restorative ( r2 = 0.732 ) meetings and public groups in justice are a positive significant relationship .

According to the regression , the most influence will include : mediation variables , group meetings and reconstructive procedures , delegations and public groups on the successful performance of police and reconstructive procedures in the prevention of crime . that is , by promoting a single unit of model variables , mediation variables ( 0.420 unit ) , group and meeting ( 0.310 units ) and the number of people ( 0.248 units ) will have the greatest effect on the success of the police operation in the form of , and some solutions are proposed regarding the successful solutions of police performance in the case of crime prevention approach .
