Identify Effective Components in Coaching in Process of Student-teachers Intership at the Farhangian University
The purpose of this study was to identify the components and elements of influencing coaching in the teacher-student engagement process at Farhangian University. This research can provide a qualitative study with the Grounded Theory approach and emergent design was implemented. Individuals' Participation Selects 15 individuals and supervisors associated with Farhangian University's curriculum, educational management, internship, and academic management were recruited using a purposive sampling method to gather information sources, and Semi-structured interviews were performed using data analysis, content analysis. MAXQDA software. Using the base code, it obtained 0.74 and the reliability code re-code 0.88. Thematic analysis was used to identify the themes and categories of coaching in the teacher-student internship process Reliability between coders was 0.74, and reliability of coding was 0.88. About open source coaching components; finally, 13 main themes were identified: professional development, actors, teaching-learning process, selection, approach, organizational network, support and rewards, adaptation, adaptation, curriculum, Facilitation, guidance and quality assurance. In terms of policies and actions, three elements of “44 components and 13 policies and actions” were identified. After identifying the main categories, the focus group was selected by purposeful sampling and formed to achieve the model.
