Designing A Network of Decision-Making Themes in Jihadi Management Based on The Experience of Sacred Defense

Decision making in management is an important key to the complexities of the organization. The purpose of this study is to identify the decision-making model of jihadi management.

The approach of the present survey is qualitative research and its strategy was content analysis and the method of data collection was through semi-structured interviews. The type of selection of participants in the present study was based on purpose or theory.

After the data analysis process, the research model in 5 parts, resources supporting the components of the environmental dimension Decision making, decision capacity and capacity, nature of decision, decision process and decision maker were obtained.

The presented model has the ability to adapt to the decision-making conditions in any management system and can be used as a model based on jihadi management and the Islamic value system in military and civilian organizations of the country..
