The study of Religiosity (in the point of religious rites and beliefs view) and Its impact on the sense of security among students in the family in Shahrekord.
This text has been written according to the importance of religiosity in society and its effect on students' sense of security with the aim of survey on sense of social security among students. In this paper the objective is to answer the following questions:To what extend can the ritualistic aspects of religion be effective on the sense of security among students in Shahrekord city? In response to the above question, based on the views related to the sense of social security and religiousness and also the Anthony Giddens's theory about the influence of religion in the sense of social security, the religion as an independent variable and a sense of security as the dependent variable are defined. The target society to be surveyed has been the students of high schools and guidance schools resided in Shahrekord city in the year 1391. The nation of statistical sample volume was 378 persons and the data sampling tools were questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and bivariate and multiple regression analysis. The results of this analysis showed that the level of religiosity among students of Shahrekord city 40.8 percent from 65 percent is at a high level. The feeling of safety among students 44.8 percent from 73 percent, is higher than average. Religiosity has a significant level of 0.010 and the Beta Value of 0.187 has a direct impact on the sense of security. Religious rituals with a significant level of 0.835, has no significant effect on the sense of security. A religious belief with a significant level of 0.000, and a beta value of 316/0, has a direct and significant impact on students' sense of security
