Unusual Presentation of Unilateral Eosinophilic Fasciitis: Clinical, Imaging, and Histopathology Findings
Eosinophilic fasciitis presents as painful symmetrical stiffness and limb sclerosis with deep fascia inflammation. Unilateral conflict has been rarely reported. In this paper, a young man with unilateral thigh and leg involvement is presented who developed symptoms following strenuous exercise. Clinical, laboratory, imaging, and pathology findings are discussed. Treatment with prednisolone and methotrexate was started.
