Research method was applied based on goal and was descriptive-correlation based on data gatherin method. The statistical population consisted of all women referring to health centers located in district 2 of Tehran in 1399, in which 220 subjects were selected by simple random sampling method. The data were collected by Hazen and Shaver attachment styles (1987), Epstein and colleagues family function (2007) and Hudson Sexual Satisfaction (1981). Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient, and multi-variable linear regression. The results of the study showed that there is a significant positive relationship between secure attachment style and sexual satisfaction But the unsafe and avoidant attachment style has a significant negative relationship with sexual satisfaction (r= 76/0, P<0.05). The results also showed that all components of family function (problem solving, communication, roles, emotional accompaniment, emotional association, behavior control) have a positive relationship with sexual satisfaction. Regarding the results of regression tables, the variables of attachment styles and family functioning can predict sexual satisfaction.
