Abstract:
Introduction
As in previous years, in the last century, in 2021, a new wave of conflict broke out between Israel and the Palestinians, in which, in an unprecedented move, the Arabs living in the occupied territories clashed with Israeli forces for the first time.
Methods
This descriptive-analytical study was conducted for the purpose of legal investigation of violent acts in the riots of Lod city.
Discussion
The beginning of the conflict began with the expulsion of some Arabs from East Jerusalem and this action was in line with the policy of Arab cleansing of Palestine, which is considered against human principles and according to the rules of international law and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Israel Unfortunately, this did not happen. Palestinian groups have used their own facilities to confront Israel, and given the principle of the occupation of Palestine, legitimate defense by resistance groups is permissible.
