Investigation of vibration behavior of rotating machines based on vibration analysis (case study)
Among the various maintenance methods the condition monitoring method is a proactive method, because before the failure occurs, the time, place and type of failure can be identified. One of the most important methods of condition monitoring is vibration analysis. In the study, the vibration behavior of rotary machines has been studied and an experimental approach has been used to conclude and achieve the research objectives. In this research, it has been tried to take data from the diesel pump under study that the diesel engine has a power of 200 kW and a working pressure of 14 bar; The working health status of this group of machines should be evaluated This is done with the help of vibration measuring tools. By observing the alarm and critical state according to the standards including API610, the exact type of fault has been determined by means of frequency spectrum analysis.
