Investigating the Effect of Stakeholder Characteristics on Performance of Natural Disaster Reconstruction Projects of the Transport Network after the Earthquake (Case Study: Red Crescent Organization)
IIn this study after reviewing the literature and interviewing correspondents, beneficiary features, Transport infrastructure situation and, social and economic conditions was examined as variables affecting the performance of earthquake detection projects to determine how to in influence any of them. The method of the study in terms of object, is applied research, also a type of descriptive correlation in terms of data collection. The statistical society of the study includes 170 members among managers, assistants and experts of red crescent organization of saveh country. 118 people were selected as samples by means of sampling formula and the questionnaires were distributed and gathered between them. Structural Equations Modeling approach, and pls software were applied to data analysis and to investigate the relationship between variables and hypotheses test. In addition the results of factor analysis ware used to validity assessment of structures and to determine the multiple indices of propriety. Final results of study showed ‘ the direct impact of beneficiary features on the performance of earthquake detection projects , the direct impact of social and economic conditions on the performance of earthquake detection projects , the intervention variable impact of social and economic conditions on relationship between beneficiary features on the performance of earthquake detection projects and the intervention variable impact of transport infrastructure situation on the relationship between beneficiary features on the performance of earthquake detection projects .At the end, proposals of research are presented.
