Designing an Intellectual Capital Implementation Model in Knowledge-Based Companies with ISM-FuzzyAHP Combined Approach
Organizations have entered the age of knowledge-based economics, an economy in which knowledge and intangible assets are recognized as the most important competitive advantages of organizations. One of the components of intangible assets is intellectual capital, which has an important impact on the performance and implementation of strategic goals of organizations. Intellectual capital is the main factor in creating value in companies and companies are moving towards value creation through intellectual capital in the organization, which includes knowledge of individuals, creativity, organizational reputation, organizational capacity, customer relations, suppliers, information technology and so on. Therefore, the implementation of intellectual capital in knowledge-based companies is very important. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to provide a model for the implementation of intellectual capital in knowledge-based companies. In this regard, after reviewing the theoretical foundations and extensive interviews with experts, the components and characteristics of the implementation of intellectual capital in knowledge-based companies were identified. Then, through interpretive structural analysis, the general model of the research was presented and with the fuzzy AHP approach, the metrics of each of the model implementation indicators were weighted and prioritized. The results show that infrastructural factors and having long-term goals and plans are the starting point for the implementation of intellectual capital in knowledge-based companies.
