Feasibility study of implementing strategic alliance in small and medium industrial enterprises; A study of Meybod’s tile industry
Strategic alliance is a common form of collaborate in various business dimensions that aims to maximize the interests of both parties to provide a new capacity resulting from the synergy between companies in different industries. The present study has been formed with the aim of feasibility study of the realization of this issue / problem among tile companies in Meybod. In this study data collect from library studies, lived experience, direct contact and interviews with government officials, managers and staff. In the tile industry as well as questionnaire tools have been used and for data analysis, focus group and expert approval has been used. As a result, a three-dimensional model including "Strategic depth of alliance", "degree of alliance in terms of operational value" and "necessary infrastructure for alliance" was designed and provided to experts in the Meybod tile industry. The research findings at this stage showed that in terms of infrastructure, the main weakness to enter the field of alliance was to pay attention to the issue of strategy among officials, and in terms of degree of alliance, the most basic operational dimension is agreement on product pricing between Meybod tile companies.
