Presenting a conceptual model of business schools for the Iranian preschool System

This research was conducted with the aim of presenting a conceptual model of business schools for the Iranian preschool system. The main research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was prepared based on the results of a comparative study with Bereday method of preschool center models in business schools of the selected countries. The research population included independent principals of preschool centers. The research sample consisted of 377 preschool centers’ principals who were selected by stratified random sampling method. In this study, face validity, content validity and construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis) of the research tool were checked and confirmed and the reliability of the research tool was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.821). Data was analyzed using SPSS version 23 and Smart PLS version 3. In order to validate the factor and its dimensions, the method of confirmatory factor analysis and indicators related to convergent validity (AVE index) and discriminant validity (Fornell and Larker criteria), cross-factor loads and HTMT index were used. In this model, 3 dimensions and 11 components were identified as the most important components of the preschool system, including human resource management dimension (instructing and training the human resources, professional competencies, specialized groups, performance evaluation); curriculum dimension (educational goals, educational and cultural planning, assessing children's progress); structural dimension of communication: (strategy, parents’ participation, research, board duties).
