Non-judicial supervision of administrative organizations by a similar institution Ombudsman in Iran

Ombudsman and related departments, such as the "General Inspection Organization" in Iran, is a non-judicial authority and a modern monitoring mechanism on the performance of administrative and governmental organizations in order to better implement the law and improve the existing process in sabotage organizations. With the aim of protecting civil rights and developing democracy, with the help of the legal powers and frameworks provided for this institution in each country, the institution should deal with disputes, reports and complaints of individuals against any current act or omission without any cost. Inappropriate regulations or behaviors that result from mismanagement in administrative and governmental organizations, and follow up the process until it is concluded and announce it to the public. The purpose of the present study is to investigate descriptively-analytically in In order to reduce the problems of judicial proceedings, which has led to delays in the proceedings and the obstacles that have governed the administrative system of the country, as well as its dissemination in order to flourish and have clear horizons in front of Corruption and protection of people's rights.
