Presenting a Policy Model to Improve the Licensing Capacity of Engineering Services in Iran

Design and engineering capabilities is important both from the perspective of new product development and from the perspective of learning and knowledge transfer. policy to enhance the licensing capacity of technology is considered an important part of national industrial policy. This research question is what policy model is appropriate for the promotion of technology licensors in Iran. For this purpose, a qualitative research strategy based on semi-structured interviews has been used to collect the required data and analyze its content.
