Evaluation of Role-playing effectiveness via Implementing a Scenario of Improving Communication Skills in Controlling Policewomen's Anger

Semi-experimental research method 60 students of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences were available by sampling method which was divided into experimental (30) and control (30) groups. For the experimental group, 8 sessions of 90 minutes communication skills training were held for 8 weeks. The control group did not receive any psychological intervention during this period. There is anger in the post-test phase. The results showed that communication skills training; The ability to receive and send messages, emotional control, listening skills, insight into the communication process, communication with assertiveness and also with the general index of anger expression have a positive effect (P <0.05).
