Study of Factors Affecting Labor Crisis Analysis of the statistics of labor Strikes in East Azerbaijan province in 2013-2014
With the globalization and networking of societies, crises have become global, like other phenomena at different levels. This process affects the economic, social, cultural, and political systems of societies and countries to varying degrees. One of these crises is the labor crisis, such as the mass strike of workers, which has attracted the attention of thinkers and experts in sociology of work and Order and Security. The above concept is the result of workers' dissatisfaction with industrial relations and tensions between workers and employers over wages and so on. The main objective of the present research is to investigate the sociological factors affecting labor crises in East Azarbaijan province in 2013-2014, The research method is secondary analysis and the data related to the causes of labor gatherings have been extracted from the recorded statistics of labor gatherings in the East Azarbaijan province during the years 2013-2014. The research findings showed that during the years under study, 131 Worker strike workers had occurred in manufacturing and industrial units of the East Azarbaijan province. The comparison of labor strikes in 2013 and 2014 showed that the number of labor assemblies increased in 2014 compared to 2013. Also, the research findings showed that the strike of workers in manufacturing and industrial units of East Azarbaijan Province in 2014 was influenced by economic factors (with a percentage Frequency 65.66), management (with percentage Frequency 32.39), psychological (with percentage Frequency 43/13) (with percentage Frequency 14.92) and insurance and service agents (with percentage Frequency 2.9).
