Phenomenological study of the charter of Educational Leadership in school
The aim of this study was to present the social responsibility of educational leadership in school
This research was conducted in a qualitative manner with an exploratory nature and a phenomenological approach and the type of applied goal. The statistical population was experts and managers of education and school principals in the academic year 1399-1398 in the form of men and women in the provinces of Tehran, Lorestan, Kermanshah and Khuzestan. Sampling was performed by optimal sampling method. The adequacy criterion for the number of participants was theoretical saturation and the number of participants reached 14%. The research tool was a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Acceptability and reliability criteria were used for validation.
The research findings are 38 sun-themes and 244 concepts that together constitute the Charter of Social Responsibility of school principals.
The use of the Charter of Social Responsibility of educational leadership in school obtained in this study, in schools of educational environments causes the institutionalization of social responsibility in public culture and society will benefit from its benefits.
