Investigating the relationship between the interactive role of the police and the municipal institution in the social prevention of home burglary

Abstract:
Objective

The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between the role of the police and the role of the municipality with emphasis on the mediating variable of social prevention of home burglary in Savadkuh city. The research is descriptive-survey in terms of purpose and according to the nature and method of data collection.

Methods

The statistical population includes all employees of the disciplinary command and employees of the municipalities of Savadkuh, the total volume of which is 275 people. To calculate the statistical sample size, 182 people were selected using the available sampling method. Three researcher-made questionnaires were used to collect information. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods have been used to analyze statistical data.

Results

The results of factor analysis showed that there is a relationship between the role of the police and the role of the municipality with emphasis on the mediating variable of social burglary prevention in the city and the model has a good fit.
