This research studies the perceptions of managers about the situation and that organizational decisions are influenced by perceptions and interpretations of the manager's environment and the environment. The statistical population of this research is the managers of Internet service companies that are facing the crisis due to the definitive network and, consequently, the dissatisfaction of its customers.

In this descriptive-survey research, the researcher was tested by using a questionnaire that has a set of standardized (closed) and open questions. The respondents were tested and information collected.
