One way of publishing lies is through the use of media, including written, audio, visual or virtual material for publishing content. In this regard, the press law, which deals with press and media activities in the country, in its article 6, considers publications other than in the cases specified in the law to publish other free materials. Important legal material in this area can be found in Articles 698 and 699 of the fifth book of the Islamic Penal Code in the realm of space and in Article 746 on cybercrime.
