Abstract:
According to the Holy Qur'an, divorce is a way to escape from family unresolved problems. For this reason, divorce should not cause new problems on its own. This presupposition has led the Holy Qur'an to design a moral model for life after divorce in order to protect men and women from problematic immoral behaviors. Based on this model, moral behaviors in the post-divorce period emerge in the context of legal beliefs and behaviors. Knowing this model and its various aspects can change the view of jurisprudential and moral activists on divorce and the type of exploitation of it. With the feeling of this necessity, the present paper tries to explain the jurisprudential contexts of moral behavior in life after divorce through a descriptive-analytical method and by referring to the Holy Qur'an and interpretive sources. Finally, the findings of the study suggest that from the point of view of the Holy Qur'an, all moral behaviors, both by women and men, occur in two areas of doing the righteous jobs and benevolence.
