The statistical population of this study was 284 official mathematics teachers of the Secondary schools of Isfahan. Among them, 21 teachers were selected in a targeted sampling method, criterion-based type, to participate in content development workshops. The validity of the instruments was confirmed by three experts and their reliability was obtained based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89 and 0.79, respectively. The findings revealed that the teachers’ knowledge of the curriculum content was enhanced, and their beliefs about the role of teachers in curriculum development have been changed
