Jurisprudential principles of criminal policy in the field of economics
Criminal policy in any political system is influenced by the accepted principles in that society, which is also manifested in the field of economics. The purpose of this study is to investigate the jurisprudential principles of criminal policy in the field of economics.
The method of this article is descriptive-analytical and utilizing library resources including jurisprudential and legal resources.
The jurisprudential principles of criminal policy in the field of economics are based on the sanctity of false property, maintaining order and security in Islamic society, sanctifying cooperatives on sin, harmless rule, fair distribution of wealth and preventing the illicit acquisition of property.
The present study is based on the ethical principle of fidelity to resources and reference to first-hand sources.
Organizing the field of economics requires criminal policy based on jurisprudential rules that can establish justice and human and Islamic values in society and consider special punishments for economic disruptors. Preventing the acquisition of illegitimate wealth, creating laws for public access to wealth and economic and social resources are an important part of criminal policy in the field of economics based on jurisprudential rules.
