Assessing the effect of KM on organizational performance (Case Study: Tonekabon Police Command Officers)
In this study, we evaluate the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance. The statistical population of this research is police staff of Tonekabon city. Accordingly, 120 statistical samples are obtained. In this project, the whole number method is used. Chui and Lee knowledge management questionnaire (2003) and Camisen& Lopez (2014) organizational performance are used to collect the data. SPSS 22 software and regression are used to analyze the data. The results of this study is shown that knowledge management and its components are effective on the performance of the organization. The results of this research are useful to the proper decision making of managers who working in the field of human resources and also on the process of using knowledge management style and policy strategies in organization.
