Abstract:

Coastal cities, are including cities that have high potential and the most important tourist cities in the world that well set up a great portion of these revenues to the country. the northern and southern coasts of Iran's are also the most important tourist destinations; But the beaches as well as other places have their own features and limitations of; But this coast as well as other places that have their own features and limitations to the study of the possibilities and limitations can be a good strategy for tourism development in the area offered. The methods of searcher descriptive and analytical emphasis on the opinions of scholars and experts associated with tourism coastal activities are Data collected from field studies and interviews with experts and authorities and complete the SWOT model is done in four tables. Finally, the findings in four weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities is to summarize the findings based on strategic planning for development of tourism activities in the coastal city Ramsar to be provided.
