Review of Social - Moral aberrant in the Beaches the Caspian Sea

This Article examines the state of social-moral aberrant of the Caspian Sea has been investigated .To assess the aims of the research the two qualitative and quantitative methods were used .In the quantitative method, statistical population of all native and non-native tourists is settled to spend leisure time at the beach .Between of the statistical population 394 subjects were selected and by using self- administered questionnaires, four types of aberrations , social, moral, values - religious, environmental, evaluated was examined. In this assessment were asked the respondents to report their views of aberrations that occurs on the beach. In the qualitative method ,statistical population all persons who were employed and stationed on the beach. Due to the presence of these people have access to 27 individual interviews and focus groups were conducted.The findings quantitative study showed the frequency of aberrant moral and religious and values like ogle ,bad veiling ,unveiling and the men without cloths are the most common and frequent aberrations.In other aberrations such as drinking alcohol (11 percent),drug use (15 percent),theft and trespass to people property (13 percent).Although the observed rate is lower than most other aberrations ,but according to obscene nature of this type of aberrations that are actually considered a crime,it is thinkable and reviewed.Because of the low amount of these aberrations due to bad it must be highlighted and appears to be more problematic .Alsothe results showed that compared different types of aberrations in different areas every four types of aberrations province East area, there is a significant amount less than the Central and West And social and environmental aberrations there was no significant difference between the West and Center.And the abnormalities of moral and religious - value amount of aberrant in the West province is more than the Center province.And this superiority was significant.Qualitative findings indicate the arrival of mixed and family in tourists (Both ladies and gentlemen) into the sea water observation and reporting in abundance in coastal,can be caused by various factors such as : the small and limited space for ladies, willingness to family’s presence in water and inaccessibility and being away from the space for women's swimming beach considered.The findings suggest that the day is gradually ending , and becomes dark and be eased presence of security forces and coastal ,abnormalities are more relatively compared to day.
