Measuring the satisfaction level of tourists from facilities and services in the Caspian Sea Coasts

The sea coast with its potential; nowadays is considered one of the important purposes of tourism that by this way many countries have been able to improve their national development process. In this regard, the Caspian Sea with long coast, the availability and proximity to population centers (Tehran), is considered as one of the most important destinations for domestic tourists. On the other hand, the continuous presence of the tourists in this area requires the development of tourism facilities and services. Institutions associated with the development of tourism activities such as: Police centers and municipalities in order to establish security and provide better services for tourists, they established camping centers that have varying quality and facilities. The main purpose of this article is Evaluating the satisfaction level of all existing facilities in these areas, such as location, residential and accommodation facilities, restaurants, recreational marine, security and .... Methodology of the research was survey with emphasis of using the questionnaire. Coast of Tonekabon is Branch of the border city of Chalus to the border city of Ramsar on the shores of tourists and it was the a society have been selected too. Collected data using SPSS software and the tests of that have been investigated that they expressed relative satisfaction from services and facilities in the coastal city of Tonekabon.
