Investigating the factors affecting the job satisfaction of female police officers
In parallel with improving the quality of services in organizations with job satisfaction; Decreases in efficiency and effectiveness will occur in organizations with dissatisfied employees. Employee job satisfaction is a necessary condition for their commitment to the goals and strategies of organizations; The aim of this study was to measure the job satisfaction of police women and analyze the factors affecting it.
This research has been done with the help of quantitative collection techniques and in a survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of police women working in the police ranks based in Tehran. Statistical sample of 116 people were interviewed by simple random sampling method with the help of Smith and Kendall standard job satisfaction questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 86%. The findings indicate the confirmation of the research regression model, so that 91% of the dependent variable changes are predicted by independent variables. There is a significant correlation between the dependent variable and the independent variables and also the level of job satisfaction of police women is very moderate in other cases except the environmental variable.
