Impact of Spiritual Leadership and Social Security feeling on Empowerment of Female Managers in Tehran Municipality Sport Complexes
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of spiritual leadership and social security feeling on the empowerment of female managers in Tehran municipalitysport complexes. This research is an applied purpose; descriptive-correlative research. The statistical population is all female managers of Tehran municipalitysport complexes. 101 of them were selected by simple random sampling.The FERI Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire (2005); Spritzer Empowerment Questionnaire (1995) and the Maleki Social Security feeling Questionnaire (2011) were used to collect data.The validity of the theoretical model and calculating the coefficients of influence were evaluated using the structural equation modeling method by PLS software. The results of the research showed that spiritual leadership has a significant effect on empowerment (t = 3.54, p = 0.001). Also, social security feeling has a negative significanteffect on empowerment of female managers (t = -3.12, p = 0.001). Managers should strengthen the ability, spirituality and social security in their employees by learning and implementing the components of leadership in their environment, and by drawing the goals and prospects for employees to create a positive image of the future and the sense of competence and effectiveness of their efforts in order toachieve goals.
