Identify and Assess Human Capital Indicators in Islamic Azad Universities of Khozestan Considering Attracting Foreign Students

The main goal of this research was to identify and assess human capital indicators in Islamic azad universities of khozestan considering Attracting foreign students. Static population in the first part concluded top, 191 profestional managers and facultity members selected based on snow ball method. Static population in the second part concluded 431 top, profestional managers and facultity members faculty members was selected based on cluster sampling method. Validity of tool was confirmed by panel of experts. According to expletory factor analysis the most important indicators were knowledge, attitude, faculty member skills, information communication, management system, cultural and financial and service. Results showed that faculty members knowledge, attitude, faculty member skills were not estimated well . Information communication, management system, were not assessed favorite. Although faculty members had favorite cultural intelligent they believed attracting foreign students were necessary and to develop national identity and economic.
