Imam Khomeini has described the theory of divine appointment, entesab, more than others. The principles of the subject consist in the concept of velayat, essential properties of government, eminent part of leadership assembly, importance of peoples’ supporting of government and realm of leader’s authorities. This paper has clarified what is meant by absolute faqih guardianship and explained its difference with absolute guardianship of innocent leaders, (p. b. u. t.). It has been made clear that except four exceptional case, there can be no difference between the authorities of two types of guardianship with regard to community affairs and administration.
