Imam Khomeini’s model of political management after the victory of Islamic revolution

Imam Khomeini, a leader and manager who lacking any academic study in the field of management and inspired by the Islamic teaching of management and his own extraordinary vision and character in management was able to lead the revolution under the most intense presses and threats; based upon such states, some political analysts had foreseen it to be stopped. In this paper, the most eminent models of Imam Khomeini’s management including programming, making decision, organizing, leadership and controlling have been introduced. It should be stated that the elements and mainsystem of his model of management seem to be the same as the others apparently. It, however, differs from them essentially.
