Identifying and prioritizing the consequences of non-strategic renewal in Iranian development organizations With the focus on the general policies of the system in the industrial sector

Abstract:
Failure to implement strategic renewal in organizations will potentially damage the credibility and value of the organization and lead to reduced profitability and failure to achieve long-term visions. The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the impact and impact of the consequences of lack of strategic renewal in development organizations. This research in terms of applied purpose and in terms of typology of research is among the studies mixed with qualitative and quantitative approach in the deductive-inductive paradigm. The statistical population of this study was in the qualitative part of professors, managers and former and current supervisors in state-owned companies of Idro. According to the purpose of the study, sampling in this study was done purposefully using snowball technique and 22 people . The statistical population of this study was a small number of middle and senior managers of Idro pan companies who participated in this study by using the probabilistic sampling method available to 38 managers in this field. In the qualitative part, the data obtained from the interviews led to the extraction of 14 consequences of non-strategic renewal in Idro subsidiaries. According to Dematel analysis of inefficient organizational structure, inertia in sharing knowledge and family work conflict are most effective and weaken organizational prestige, loss of company position in the market and reduced productivity are the most influential among the consequences and skeptics in strategic decision making. Decreased productivity and inefficient organizational structure are the most important consequences of lack of strategic renewal.
