With the help of semi-structured interviews and unstructured data based on research axes of the three questions ( what and why and how ) collected is sent . A set of basic themes was retrieved during the coding process and extracted from their categories . Then, at the axial coding stage, the links between these categories were defined as causal conditions, axial phenomena, strategic category, contextual conditions, mediator category and consequential category in the paradigm . Subsequently, during the selective coding phase, components of the coding paradigm were described, and the theory created . The results of the study extracted 6 main categories and 49 subcategories for self acceptance and body management and presented them in a theoretical model based on data theory . The findings show that bodybuilding exercise has a paradox that, in turn, shifts the bodybuilder's perception of beauty, and on the other hand, the role of social structures and pressures has dominated the owners of capital and consumerism .
