Determining average and standard energy consumptions in NAJA`s building

As cities are developing and also energy consumption is increasing International organizations and communities are paying more attention to save energy. In this report the method of calculating building`s energy consumption, Standards and the related references are introduced. Then, the computation for the sample building is performed and the introduced method are compared. In the next step, the effect of different parameters will be examined. After that, the real samples are examined and the required energy of sample building is calculated. Thus, by using that the computation method will be corrected till achieving results that are closed to reality. With the help of the information obtained by the proposed method, the standard energy and water consumption of these places was determined, and with the relevant bills, it was determined which buildings are high-consumption, medium-consumption or low-consumption. Finally, out of ten samples, the sample of Tabriz is high in gas and water consumption and the sample of Rasht is in high consumption in electricity consumption. Also, the table and monthly consumption chart of each building can be seen. Also, the residential town of 15 Khordad and a police station in Tehran were surveyed and the results were calculated and the share of each consumption in the total was calculated.
