The effect of strategic human resource management on operational performance with the mediating role of employee relations Case study: Shahrekord police force
Today's environment is changing rapidly. Due to the severity of changes, organizations need to know how the climate associated with employees and the trend of human resource management on organizational performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of strategic human resource management on operational performance with the mediating role of employee relations.The research method is exploratory in terms of applied purpose in terms of relationships between data is correlational and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population of the study was Shahrekord police personnel using 83 people using purposive sampling method was selected as a sample. Data collection tool was a questionnaire that the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and content validity and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To investigate the research hypotheses, the structural equation model was used with the help of Smart PLS software.The findings showed that a strategic look at the training process, performance appraisal, recruitment, empowerment, promotions, employment security and payments to employees can improve operational performance and thus achieve competitive advantage and achieve goals, given the relationship between employees. Be an effective organization. The results showed that the more attention can be paid to the strategic view of human resource management processes and the atmosphere of relationships between employees can be improved, competitive benefits can be achieved and organizational goals can be achieved more easily.
