Designing a Humble Leadership Model of Nahjul-Balaghah Letters Using a Content Analysis Approach
In any organization, leadership is one of the most important members of the organization, which of great importance based on influence and influence in order to achieve individual and organizational goals. Given the variety of leadership styles, in our current research we have focused on humble leadership.
The aim of this study is to design a humble leadership model based on Nahjul-Balaghah Letters.
using the content analysis method and coding method of all Nahjul-Balaghah letters as the subject used in the research, 159 sub-themes 18 basic themes and 6 organizing theme were explained and the network model of humble leadership was presented.
Based on the model obtained in the research, the dimensions and components of humble leadership were identified. the main finding in the research according to the comprehensive concept of humble leadership is the identification of dimensions such as ethical capital, self-known capital, structural capital, psychological contract capital relational capital and spiritual capital.
As a general result, in today’s complex and highly changing environments, having a humble leadership style is one of the main factors for the success of organizations through better management and manage of human resources and organizational affairs.
