Structural Analysis of the Effect of Cultural Intelligence and Social Identity on the Characteristics of Spiritual Leadership with Emphasis on the Mediating Role of Social Responsibility Among the Managers of Urmia University

Abstract:

The purpose of present study was to structurally analyze the effect of cultural intelligenceand social identity on the characteristics of spiritual leadership with emphasis on the mediating role of social responsibility among the managers of Urmia University. The research method is descriptively and methodly correlation of structural equation modeling. The statistical population was all the managers of Urmia University, which was 151 in total. The number of samples was 151 who were selected by census method. However, 151 questionnaires were returned and used to analyze the of data. The standard questionnaire of spiritual leadership, cultural intelligence, social identity and social responsibility were used to collect information. In the present study, the validity of the instruments was used by the respondents, professors and confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability coefficients of research questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha coefficient are (r=0.71), (r=0.81), (r=0.75)  and (r=0.79), respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistics (structural equation model) were used to  SPSS25,lisrel8/8, Smart PLS3 analyze the data. The study showed that cultural intelligence and social identity   have a direct and positive effect on the characteristics of spiritual leadership by emphasizing the mediating role of social responsibility among the managers of Urmia University,and is  the most effect related to social identity. Finally it can be concluded that by promoting the cultural intelligence and social identity of the managers of Urmia University, which affect the characteristics of the spiritual leadership of the managers, the performance of the university can be improved and also the responsibility of the employees will increase.
