Designing a model for implementing a supportive and service policy based on the jihadi management style (Case study of the Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Foundation of Fars, Bushehr, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Provinces
To design a model for implementing the policies of the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation based on the jihadi management style of the southern provinces of the country. The main questions are what are the dimensions and components of the model and the relationship between them. This research is part of developmental research in terms of results and applied research in terms of purpose.
Descriptive-survey research method has been used in two stages of qualitative-Delphi and quantitative in two descriptive and inferential levels of Pearson correlation coefficient test, structural equation modeling with SPSS and Amos software. Data were selected by a random sample of 308 people from a population of 1400 employees of the Southern Martyrs Foundation.
The eight dimensions and twenty-nine components of the model are extracted and classified. The beta coefficient and correlation coefficient between the components of jihadi management style and the policies of the Martyr Foundation were evaluated and validated.
The high average response to the items of jihadi management style, except for the two components of leadership and control, is a positive and significant relationship between independent and dependent variables of the research results. You have an ideal.Recommendations: Strengthen succession planning, strengthen periodic monitoring systems of queuing units, further strengthen certain trustees and advisory councils of veterans, delegate responsibilities to qualified veterans, develop delegation of authority and responsibility to executive units.
