The present study deals with the sociological investigation of the functions and harms of the Clubhouse social network. Paying attention to the Clubhouse social network is a necessary issue in order to know the opinions of users in the virtual space due to its newness and also to promote the discourse culture. The present research uses the qualitative content analysis method due to the investigation of the content of the rooms of the social network Clubhouse, and the statistical population is the exchange of discourse in the social network Clubhouse. The results of this research show that components such as: exchange of attitudes, removal of social restrictions of groups, entertainment, holding rituals and access to educational content are among the useful functions of this network. Also, components such as promotion of superstitions and moral abnormality, false identity of some users, verbal arguments, addiction and virtual dependency are among the malfunctions and weaknesses of this network.
