Work Culture among Rural Women(By Studying Rural Women in Northern Boyerahmad Area)
The purpose of this study is to recognize the concept of rural women from the work culture. The statistical population includes all women living in the villages of Creek and Tang-e-Sarez in Boyerahmad County. The methodology and theoretical foundations are phenomenology. The sampling method is purposeful and the number of interviews ended on the basis of theoretical saturation logic to 41 interviews.
