Documentary analysis of the idea of regression in the narrations of Imam Baqir (as) And rejecting the illusion of distortion in the opinions of Muhaddith Noori in the narration related to Verse 24 of Surah Nahl

The issue of return is one of the essentials of Shia religion and school. In the term of Imamiyyah, return means the return of a group of true believers to receive reward and a group of enemies to reach punishment. The present research, using the reports contained in various narrative and historical sources, seeks to find answers to questions about the issue of regression during the Imamate of Imam Baqir (peace be upon him). Examining the historical course of narrations shows that the belief in return was not seriously discussed before Imam Baqir (peace be upon him), but it has been raised in the form of arguments and discussions since the time of that Imam. These narrations are divided into five categories based on the first narrator of the narration, whose primary narrators are Abi Hamzah Samali, Jaber bin Yazid Ju'fi, Zorareh bin Ayan, Homran bin Ayan and Abi Samet Halwani. Out of the total of sixteen narrations that were examined in terms of authenticity and brokering, only three narrations are correct and the other narrations are weak and unreliable. Muhaddith Nouri, relying on examples of narrations of reversion that have weak evidence, claims that a part of the Qur'an that was about the infallible imams, peace be upon them, or their enemies, was deleted and now does not exist in the current Qur'an, and this is a distortion to a deficiency in the Qur'an. It proves the Qur'an.
