Abstract:

The aim of this study was to predict anxiety (Covid disease 19) based on the psychological flexibility of male employees of Karaj Health Department. The sampling method of this study was simple random sampling. The research instrument was a standard questionnaire including coronavirus anxiety questionnaire, zero resilience psychological resilience questionnaire, and colleagues. Descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data. Research findings show that psychological resilience can explain about 3.5% of changes in Covid 19 anxiety. Therefore, the research hypothesis that Covid anxiety is predicted based on psychological flexibility was confirmed. Male employees of Karaj Health Department who had high cognitive flexibility were able to adapt to coronary anxiety because they were thinking about problem-solving and could perform behaviors that help improve the situation and could control their emotions. Since anxiety does not help solve the problem, so they performed their job duties.
