Investigating the role of mindfulness and clear personality traits in cognitive abilities and resilience in depressed patients
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of mindfulness and clear personality traits in cognitive abilities and resilience in depressed patients. The design of the present study was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all depressed people referred to psychological clinics in Azarbaijan Sharghi province in 1400. In this study, approximately 250 people were randomly selected from these individuals. To assess the subjects, the questionnaire of 5 factors of mindfulness questionnaire Bauer et al. (2006), Johnson Personality Clear Triple Traits Scale (2018) ), Rescue Cognitive Abilities Questionnaire (2013), Connor & Davidson Resilience Questionnaire (2003). Beck Depression Inventory (1961) was used. Pearson correlation method was used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis showed that mindfulness and clear personality traits play a significant role in cognitive abilities and resilience in depressed patients.
