The place of moral intelligence and perceived organizational support in predicting teachers\' job performance (Case study: first and second secondary school teachers)
The purpose of this study was to predict teachers \'job performance based on moral intelligence and perception of teachers\' organizational support. The statistical population of this descriptive - correlational study was all teachers of the first and second year of high school in districts 2 and 3 of Tabriz, which were selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling with 176 people and based on the formula N≥50 + 8m They responded to Eisenberger Perceived Organizational Support Questionnaires, Lennick & Kiel\'s Moral Intelligence, and Patterson Job Performance. The results showed that all subscales of moral intelligence and perceived organizational support were positively correlated with job performance (P <0.01) and the results of simultaneous multiple linear regression analysis were also shown These variables can explain 33% of the variance of the criterion variable (P <0.01; R2 = 0.33). Based on the findings, moral intelligence is a stronger predictor of teachers\' job performance than perceived organizational support.
