Perception of justice and evaluation of the criteria of just status in the class structure, Comparison of Job system in two provinces of Tehran and Gilan
This study seeks to compare the extent of feelings of injustice among different occupational groups. In addition, the criteria for income distribution based on the three positions of "rewarder", "reward recipient" and "neutral observer" have been measured experimentally and then compared with theoretical criteria. The research method is a survey with a structured questionnaire technique with a sample size of 381 people. The results of measuring the fairness of income assessment using the "Jesso method" show that the evaluation of all occupational groups of their income is at a negative pole, meaning that the amount of real income is estimated to be less than the expected fair income. Also, in examining the criteria of justice, it was found that the index of "merit" related to the process criterion is the main priority of income distribution over other indicators. From the perspective of social comparison criteria between occupational groups, it was found that firstly, most occupational groups compare their status with occupational groups higher than their occupational group, and secondly, the reference group for comparing all occupations, the occupational group "government officials and national management officials" have been.
